Shah Rukh invites pretty co-star Anushka to judge ‘Knights and Angels’

Shah Rukh Khan always likes to work king-size. Last year, his IPL team ‘Knight Riders’ could not perform wonders but this time the ‘Baadshah’ is leaving no stones unturned to create maximum awareness about his team. Shilpa Shetty may be creating the costliest video for her ‘Rajasthan Royals’ but what Shah Rukh is doing is larger than life.

The actor has come up with the idea of a unique TV reality show called 'Knights and Angels' and has invited pretty co-star Anushka Sharma to judge its first episode. This reality dance show is all set to hunt for six spirited girls to lead the cheerleaders squad of ‘Knight Riders’.

Apart from the beautiful dancing lady of ‘Rab Ne…’ fame, Sourav Ganguly (captain of Kolkata Knight Riders) has also been chosen as a judge. The show will be hosted by VJ Purab Kohli.

The show is bound to be exciting, as after an extensive audition conducted across key metros in India, the 24 shortlisted girls will be groomed by the biggest names in the Indian entertainment industry. The 6 finalists will be judged on qualities like energy, style, chutzpah, poise, personality, attitude, grace, rhythm, and fire. Ace choreographer Shiamak Davar has also been roped for the show, which will see some of the biggest and prettiest faces in Bollywood!

Speaking to a news daily, Shah Rukh said, "Cricket is a perfect blend of hard work and entertainment. We are very excited about the whole challenge of finding the best cheerleading squad for our Knights. These girls will become a key part in our quest for victory this season. The competition is tough and the boys will need all the support they can get on-field. All the girls have the right attitude, energy and enthusiasm."

'Knights and Angels' will be a 6-episode series that will be telecast every Saturday.
