Kareena launches ‘Lose Weight Not Mind’, a sneak peek into size zero diet
Bebo recently launched her dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s book ‘Lose Your Weight Not Your Mind’ in Mumbai giving out the secret to her much coveted size zero. She further spent the day encouraging people to love their bodies and shed flab.
When asked as to how should one begin to love his body? The actress said, “First and foremost it's about eating right, only then can one start beginning to love his body. And when one loves his body, he doesn’t abuse it”.
Kareena said that it was hard to resist paranthas and dal makhani as the legendary Kapoor khandaan is known for their love for the same. “I was recently shooting in Delhi and I had dal makhani for lunch. Everyone on the set was shocked to see me eat that. But I told them that this is what my dietician’s given me, so stop staring at my plate.”
Well, if the fit and fine Bebo can still afford to gorge on that kind of food then hats off to her!
