Salman to host Dus Ka Dum 2, but has no friends

It looks like Salman Khan is having a dry spell of late. The year wasn't very bright for him with most of his releases - Yuvvraj, Hello, Heroes and God Tussi Great Ho faring badly at the box office.

In the meanwhile the actor also tried his luck on the small screen with Dus ka Dum. The small screen it seems, has proven lucky for him for Dus Ka Dum is all set to enter it's second season. An excited Salman showed up at a city hotel in Mumbai on Thursday to announce his TV comeback.

"People liked the show that's why I have been roped in again. Otherwise why would they have taken me back considering I troubled them so much," says he.

Dus ka Dum season 2 will hit the small screens on May 30 and it will have it's fair share of celeb guests too. But unlike other TV shows, it looks like no celeb will be 'doing it for a friend' on Sallu's show.

"If I had any friends left then they would have come on the show right?" says the charming star.

And finally, after multi-campaigning for various political parties, Salman lent his support to the winning party at the general elections this year.

I am very happy and I know that the Congress will do well this time too," says he.

It seems as if Salman Khan is a man who knows to move with the time!
